Select the Date column’s sort-and-filter drop-down menu.

Select the This Year option on the Date Filter fly-out menu, as shown in Figure 10-9.

Click the check mark next to 2004 to filter those dates from the table.

Select the sort-and-filter drop-down menu on the Sales column.

Open the fly-out menu for Number Filters.

Select Top 10.

In the custom filter dialog box, change the value to show only the top five items.

Select the sort-and-filter drop-down menu on the Sales column.

Chose the Sort Ascending option to sort the values in the table by their sales.

Select the sort-and-filter drop-down menu on the Sales column.
15.
Select the Clear Filter From “Sales” option to clear the filtering.
