Controlling Workbook Viewing
Step through the cells in the workbook, and notice that they contain values and formatting, but
none of the formulas, from the original workbook.
Publish the workbook to the document library again and set only one of the sheets to visible.
Repeat the exercise and notice that the workbook snapshot in the client has only that one sheet
available to the user.

After you set up a document library as the location for accessing a workbook, there are a couple of
ways you can make it easier for the recipients of those workbooks to know when a new workbook is
available, or when an existing workbook has been updated. This section examines the primary options
