Try It Out Connecting the Filter Part
To connect the filter part you just created to your workbook, follow these steps:

On the filter part, open the Edit drop-down menu and select Connections

displaying the workbook on the dashboard), as shown in Figure 12-24.

Select Get Filter Values From in the Connection Type drop-down menu.
