To Apply a Picture Style
Earlier in this chapter, you applied the heading styles to the headline and signature line in the fl yer. Word also
provides styles for pictures, allowing you easily to change the basic rectangle format to a more visually appealing
style. Word provides a gallery of more than 25 picture styles, which include a variety of shapes, angles, borders, and
refl ections. The fl yer in this chapter uses an oval picture style that has a border around its edges. The following steps
apply a picture style to the picture in the fl yer.
