To Find and Replace Text
While proofreading the paper, you notice that you typed 3-G in the third paragraph (Figure 2–69). You prefer
to use 3G, instead. Therefore, you need to change all occurrences of 3-G to 3G. To do this, you can use Word’s fi nd
and replace feature, which automatically locates each occurrence of a word or phrase and then replaces it with
specifi ed text. The following steps use Find and Replace to replace all occurrences of 3-G with 3G.

Click Home on the
