You can see from

that a Web page is
an ideal way to
distribute information
to a large group of
people. For example,
the Web page could
be published on a
Web server connected
to the Internet and
made available to
anyone with a
computer, browser, and
the address of the Web
page. It also can be e-mailed easily, because the Web page resides in a single fi le, rather
than in a fi le and folder. Publishing a workbook as a Web page, therefore, is an excellent
alternative to distributing printed copies of the workbook.

This Web feature introduced you to customizing the Quick Access Toolbar, previewing a workbook as a Web page,
