To Calculate Statistics
The following steps create a new query for the Client table, include the Total row in the design grid, and then
calculate the average amount paid for all clients.
Create a new query
with a fi eld list for
the Client table.
Design tab
If necessary, click
Design on the
Ribbon to display
the Design tab.
Totals button
Add the Amount
Paid fi eld to
the query.
Click the Totals
button on the Design
tab to include
the Total row in
the design grid
