5. Use the following instructions to create the mailing labels:
a. Use the tblAgency table as the record source for the mailing labels.
b. Use Avery C2160 labels, and use the default font and color.
c. For the prototype label, place ContactFirstName, a space, and ContactLastName
on the first line; AgencyName on the second line; Address on the third line; and
City, a space, State, a space, and Zip on the fourth line.
d. Sort by Zip and then by ContactLastName, and then type the report name
e. Change the mailing label layout to snaking columns.
6. Close the Agency database without exiting Access, make a backup copy of the data-
base, open the Agency database, compact and repair the database, close the data-
base, and then exit Access.

GEM Ultimate Vacations Griffin and Emma MacElroy want you to create a custom
report and mailing labels for the Vacation database. You will create the custom report
and the mailing labels by completing the following steps:
1. Open the Vacation database located in the Level.02\Case4 folder provided with
your Data Files.
2. Create a query that displays the PropertyName and Country fields from the
tblProperty table, the StateProv field from the tblGuest table, and the StartDate,
EndDate, and People fields from the tblReservation table. Sort in ascending order by
the PropertyName, StateProv, and StartDate fields, and then save the query as
3. Create a custom report based on the qryPropertyReservations query. Figure 7-51
shows a sample of the last page of the completed report. Refer to the figure as you
create the report.
a. Save the report as rptPropertyReservations .
b. The PropertyName field is a grouping field.
