7. Click the Browse button to open the HTML Template to Use dialog box, navigate
to and open the Level.02\Tutorial folder, click BelmTemp , and then click the OK
button. Access closes the HTML Template to Use dialog box, returns to the HTML
Output Options dialog box, and displays the location and filename for the HTML
template. See Figure 8-2.

Trouble? If BelmTemp does not appear in the Level.02\Tutorial folder when you open
the HTML Template to Use dialog box, click the Cancel button to return to the HTML
Output Options dialog box so you can specify the template filename manually. In the
HTML Template text box, type the full path to the BelmTemp.htm file in the
Level.02\Tutorial folder—for example, C:\Level.02\Tutorial\BelmTemp.htm.
8. Click the OK button. The HTML Output Options dialog box closes, the HTML docu-
ment named Customers by Name is saved in the Level.02\Tutorial folder, and the
Export - HTML Document dialog box asks if you want to save the export steps. You
won’t save these export steps.
9. Click the Close button in the dialog box to close it without saving the steps.
Now you can view the Web page.
Viewing an HTML Document Using Internet
Explorer
Oren asks to see the Web page you created. You can view the HTML document that you
created using any Web browser. You’ll view it using Internet Explorer.
To view the qryCustomersByName query Web page:
1. Open Windows Explorer, and then navigate to and open the Level.02\Tutorial
folder, which is where you saved the exported HTML document.
2. Right-click Customers by Name in the file list to open the shortcut menu, click
Open With , click Internet Explorer in the list of programs in the Open With dia-
log box, and then click the OK button. Internet Explorer starts and opens the
Customers by Name Web page. See Figure 8-3.
