In the expanded dialog box, you can accept the default name for the saved import
steps or choose one that you create, and you can enter an optional description. If
the import will occur on a set schedule, you can also create a reminder task in
Microsoft Outlook. You’ll accept the default name for the saved steps, and you
won’t enter a description or schedule an Outlook task.
2. Click the Save Import button. The import steps are saved as Import-tblProspect,
the Get External Data - XML File dialog box closes, the tblProspect file is imported
to the Panorama database, and the table is now listed in the Navigation Pane.
You’ll now show Sarah how she can run the saved steps when she receives cus-
tomer prospects from the builder in the future.
3. In the Import group on the External Data tab, click the Saved Imports button.
The Manage Data Tasks dialog box opens. See Figure 8-10.
