Working with Range Names

To add a new name using the Name Manager:
1. Click the New button and enter a range
name in the Name box.
2. Click the Collapse button, shown in Figure
1-27, and use your mouse to select the cells
in your range.
3. Click the Collapse button again to return to
the full-sized New Name dialog box and click
OK when you are finished.
