Saving a Document in a Shared Location
While you’re signed in, the Save & Send tab shows your SkyDrive folders, as shown in
Figure 9-14. Select a folder (or click New to create a new one) and then click Save As.

To open a document that you’ve saved on SkyDrive, click File and then check the list on
the Recent tab. If the document has rolled off the list of recent documents (or if you want
to open a document for the first time on a different computer), you must use your web
browser to view your SkyDrive and open the document from there. This shortcoming—the
inability to access SkyDrive through the Open dialog box in Word—will undoubtedly be
addressed soon, perhaps even by the time you read this. For updated information about
