Reviewing Documents
Translate a Document
1 Open the document you want to
translate.
2 Click the Review tab.
3 Click Translate .
4 Click Translate Document .
Note: If the Translation Language
Options dialog box appears, select the
translation language you want to use.
The Translate Whole Document
dialog box appears, notifying you
that your document will be sent
over the Internet for translation.
5 Click Send .
Your browser opens, displaying
the translated document.
E You can use these Views buttons
to display the documents side by
side as shown here.
TIP
How do I choose a different language when translating the entire
document?
Follow these steps. Click the Review tab. Click Translate . From the
menu that appears, click Choose Translation Language . The
Translation Language Options dialog box opens. Click the Translate
