You can deliver your PowerPoint presentation online at no cost to you by taking advantage of the
free Office Presentation Service that Microsoft offers.
When you present online, members of your audience view your presentation in their web browsers.
They use a link that you provide to connect to your presentation. They do not need to set up
anything; they need only their browser and the link you provide.
PowerPoint generates the link for you, and you can send the link via e-mail or you can paste the link
at a location where members of your audience can click it.
1 Open only the presentation you
want to share.
2 Click the File tab.
3 Click Share .
4 Click Present Online .

to download your presentation.
5 Click Present Online .

6 Click an invitation option:
Copy Link — with this option,
you need to paste the link
where others can access it; or
Send in Email — this option
opens an e-mail message with
the link to the presentation
embedded. Fill in the recipients
and send the e-mail.
7 When you are ready to start
your presentation, click Start
