Insert Video
Showing instructional videos is a great way to present an information segment in your slide show.
You can also show interesting or funny video captures to make your presentation exciting. You
can insert videos directly into a placeholder without using an intermediate program to handle the
video. Inserting videos directly into PowerPoint saves time and avoids the cost of a program that
you otherwise may not use. PowerPoint recognizes videos in a variety of different formats, such as
Windows Media Video (WMV) files and Motion Pictures Experts Group (MPEG) files.
