Insert an Action Button
Action buttons enable you to jump quickly and easily to a slide during a slide show. You can also
use them to open a web page, another presentation, or a document from another application
such as Excel. There are various standard actions that you can assign to an action button, and if you
are advanced enough to use macros, action buttons can also trigger them.
Jumping to a web page requires an Internet connection. Any document that opens via an action
button must be available on your computer.
