Add and Delete Comments
If you have been asked to review a presentation or you want to mark up your own presentation,
you can use the comments feature to document your notations. PowerPoint identifies each
comment with a marker, making it easy for the presentation designer to find and consider each
comment. Each comment contains the name of the person making the comment and the date, and
the comment can be attached to a slide or an object on the slide. After you add your comments, save
the file and the presentation comments are ready for review.
Add and Delete Comments
1 Select a slide in Normal view.
2 Click the Review tab.
3 Click New Comment .
The Comments task pane
appears.
A A comment marker appears
on the slide.
4 Type the comment text.
5 Press .
Note: You can click and drag the
comments marker to move it.
