Print Handouts with Microsoft Word
Print Handouts with Microsoft Word
Handouts in PowerPoint are structured and somewhat limited. For example, you cannot change the
size of slides on the handout printout and you cannot edit notes in Print Preview. PowerPoint
gives you more versatility by letting you export printouts to Microsoft Word. After exporting to Word,
you can do anything to your handouts. For example, you can build a report from your presentation.
Exporting to Word gives you versatility because you can now take advantage of all the capabilities of
Word. Keep in mind that the Word document is not automatically saved. Remember to save it.
