Print Notes
Print Notes
If you are presenting a slide show, you may want a cheat sheet with additional facts or answers
to possible audience questions. You can print each slide with its associated notes — the notes
that were typed in the Notes pane of Normal view. The Notes printout shows one slide per page and
includes the notes under the slide. You can resize and move the slide and format the notes font in
the Notes Master view. You can refer to the Notes pages during the presentation, or give them to
audience members as a reference.
Print Notes
1 Click the File tab to show
Backstage view.
2 Click Print .
PowerPoint displays the slide
show in Print Preview view.
3 Click the Print Layout down
arrow ( ).

4 Click Notes Pages .
Print Preview changes to
Notes Pages view, and the
orientation drop-down list
appears under the Settings

the orientation of the page.
5 Click Print .
PowerPoint prints the Notes
