Print in Black and White or Grayscale
Print in Black and White or Grayscale
You can print a presentation in color, black and white, or grayscale. Grayscale provides some
shading to help you see graphics and background elements. Black and white removes all shading,
and this can significantly reduce your ability to see background and graphics details. Printing in
color is expensive compared to black-and-white printing and it can also be slower, depending on the
printer. Many times your audience does not need color printouts and printout drafts need not be in
color, so you can save resources and money by printing on a black-and-white printer.
