Microsoft Office Tutorials and References
In Depth Information
If you have someone review your presentation and make changes, PowerPoint enables you to
compare the presentation with the original. You can send a copy of your presentation to peers,
possibly through e-mail, and allow them to review and edit it — no need to do anything special, just
send it. After everyone makes changes, you can compare them all to the original. This feature makes it
unnecessary to read the entire presentation thoroughly in order to check for changes that others have
made — PowerPoint points out the changes for you. Then, you can accept or reject their changes.
