Share the Presentation with SkyDrive
People with permission to access your presentation on SkyDrive can edit or view the presentation
with the PowerPoint application on their computer. They can also access the presentation with the
PowerPoint Web App if they do not have Office 2013 on their computer. Sharing a presentation with
SkyDrive sends an e-mail and link to people, and enables permission in SkyDrive for those people to access
the file. You can also create a link to the presentation manually so you can copy and paste the link.

Share via E-mail
Note: You must save the
presentation to SkyDrive
before sharing it.
1 Click the File tab
to show Backstage
view.
2 Click Share .
3 Click Invite People .
4 Click the text box
and type recipients’
e-mail addresses.
5 Click the
Permissions down
arrow ( ).
6 Click Can edit or
Can view .
7 Click the text box
and type a message
to the recipients.
8 Click Share .
A PowerPoint adds
the recipients to
the Shared list and
sends them an
e-mail with a link
to SkyDrive.
