What is the difference between the Paste Options
button and Smart cut and paste?
The Paste Options button ( ) appears below a
pasted object and offers formatting options. Smart cut
and paste helps to eliminate errors when you paste. If
spacing is not selected around copied text, Smart cut
and paste makes sure that spaces are between words.
What number should I use for the maximum
number of undos?
The default undo value is 20 and is probably about
right. If you need to undo more than 20 actions, it
might be faster to reconstruct a slide from scratch.
You can also close the file without saving, and then
open it again to get back where you started.
