Mail Merge: Creating a One-to-Many List
Tip: Other methods are described at and work in
all versions of Word.
The following example is a relational database in Access designed to track
pupils’ grades. The Pupils table is the mail merge data source. The first two
columns of the Semester Grades query provide the content of the table list in
the letter to each pupil's parents.
