Formatting Spelling Errors for Printing
To have the macro highlight text where a
spelling error is found, set this to True;
otherwise, set it to False.
To get a separate list of the errors, the page
on which they were found, and the context
they are in, set this to True; otherwise, set it
to False. The table is created in a new,
separate document.
To have the errors listed in a separate file,
specify the separator character the macro
should use when collecting the data. This can
be any character; choose one that doesn't
appear anywhere in the text, such as a pipe:
“ | ”.
2. Click the Save button in order to save the changes.
3. Make sure that Tools | Options | Spelling and Grammar has the
‘Check Spelling as you type’ box checked.
4. For any of the "FormatAs" options that are set to True, go down to the
set of IF statements in the code that check these values and specify the
details of the formatting. If Intellisense is turned on in the VBE, when
code is deleted and an equals sign (=) is retyped, a list of valid options
will appear. Select the one that is desired, then press Enter. You can
change the color for the font or highlight or even change the type of
underline by using this technique.
