Personalizing a Presentation
This macro is event driven. Clicking a shape fires the macro. This is achieved
by setting the action setting of ‘On mouse click’ to ‘Run Macro’. The macro to
run depends on what the shape should do. Assign ‘SavePoint’ to shapes that
will save the place in the presentation. Assign ‘GotoSavePoint’ to shapes that
will send the user to the save point.
The shapes can be placed on the slides in a few different ways, as follows:
The shapes can be drawn on slides where they may be used, and then
manually assign the action setting.
¾
The shapes can be copied and pasted on as many slides as may be
needed.
¾
The shapes can be placed on the Master slides to make them available
throughout the presentation.
¾
The SavePoint shape must be placed on the Master Slide and both the
SavePoint and the GotoSavePoint shapes must be placed on the Title Master
Slide.
Note: This is a PowerPoint presentation mode macro. Presentation mode macros
operate during slide shows; therefore, viewing the show is necessary to use
this macro.
