This procedure demonstrates how to separate the different parts of a name in a
field using a supporting form.
Scenario: Some files may contain names that incorporate
unlike data, making it difficult to parse data appropriately.
Such is the case with the titles in the data shown below.
Extracting them properly requires VBA, where other text
extractions may not. What to do when titles exist (perhaps
even two titles!) is now presented.
To split strings of text based on a selected portion of the field, use the form
‘frmSplitNames’ with some code. The table looks like Figure 78:
