Running a Macro Using Shortcut Keys
In Excel, you must then click the button once, and you’re then provided with a
list of macros from which you can choose one to assign. Using those steps in the
other applications immediately assigns the specific macro to the button. (The
button you drag up has a macro already assigned to it.)
Running a Macro Using Shortcut Keys
The exact procedure top assign a shortcut to a macro varies, depending on the
application.
In Excel and PowerPoint, just choose Tools | Macro | Macros and select
your macro, then choose the Options button. Assign a shortcut key to
your macro there.
