Inserting Empty Rows in a Range
This procedure shows you how to insert a specified number of rows in the midst
of a range.
Example file:
Scenario: It is a common task when working with other
applications to need to format the data in a specific way in
order for the application to understand it. One of these
specific formats is that each record of the data must be
separated by one or more empty rows.
