By default, Excel creates or modifies your PivotTable
as you click and drag fields among the Report Filter,
Column Labels, Row Labels, and
Did You Know?
If you choose the Design tab and then click Blank
Rows in the Layout group, you can add — or remove —
a blank line after each data group.

dynamically, click the Defer Layout Update check box
