You can add the Import External Data button ( )
to the Quick Access toolbar. You can then click the
button to open the Select Data Source dialog box.
From the Select Data Source dialog box, click the
name of a query you saved and then click Open.
Excel opens your saved query. See Task #95 to learn
how to add items to the Quick Access toolbar.
Did You Know?
You can edit a saved query. Click the Data tab, click
From Other Sources, and then click From Microsoft
Query. The Choose Data Source dialog box opens.
Click the Queries tab, click your query name, and
then click Open. Your query is available for you
to edit.
