You cannot import more than 255 columns into
Access because the maximum number of columns
an Access table supports is 255.
Did You Know?
When you export, every row in a column should
have the same data type. A column with more than
one data type can cause errors during the export
process. Access looks at a column’s first eight rows
to determine the column’s data type.
