Click and drag to select
the cells you want to
include in the named

Include the headings;
they become the range
names.

Excel deletes the named range.

If you click the Edit button in the
Name Manager dialog box, you
can change the range name or the
cell address to which a named
range refers.

When you click the down arrow
on the left side of the formula bar,
a list of named ranges appears.
Refer to Step 5 under Create
Named Ranges from a Selection.
If you click one of the named
ranges, you move to the cells it
defines.
Did You Know?
When creating a formula, if you
click and drag to select a group
of cells that have a range name,
Excel automatically uses the range
name instead of the cell address.
