Flattened PivotTables are available only with PowerPivot. You can still mimic the behavior
of a classic PivotTable by using the Field Settings dialog box (available by right-clicking the
row values of the PivotTable): on the Layout & Print tab, you can configure the PivotTable
to show data in tabular form and repeat the line item labels, as you see in Figure 8-3.
