Changing how conditional formatting rules are applied
Change the order of conditions
1 Select the cells that contain the rules that you want to edit.
2 Click the Home tab.
3 In the Styles group, click Conditional Formatting.
4 Click Manage Rules.
5 Click the rule that you want to change.
6 Follow either of these steps:
a Click the Move Up button to move the rule one place higher in
b Click the Move Down button to move the rule one place lower in
7 Click OK.
