Locking cells to prevent changes
Locking cells to prevent changes
When you protect a worksheet, locking an individual cell
prevents it from being changed. This level of protection goes
beyond simply protecting a worksheet; it prevents anyone who
uses the worksheet from changing the contents or the
formatting of the cell. Excel 2013 enables this option by default.
