Creating a recommended PivotTable
Pivot a PivotTable
1 To change the arrangement of data in a PivotTable, do any of the
following:
a Add a field by dragging it from the Choose Fields To Add To
Report area to the columns or rows area.
b Change the order in which fields are summarized by dragging a
field header above or below another header.
c Remove a field by dragging it from the columns or rows area to
the Choose Fields To Add To Report area.
