Making workbooks available on the web
When you work as part of a team, you need to be able to share
your Excel files in a way that lets your colleagues edit your files.
You can share individual files stored on SkyDrive by
sending your colleagues an email message with a link to the file. In
addition to sharing the file, you can choose whether each
individual can edit the file and if they need to log in to their
Microsoft Account to do so.
Make a workbook available on the web
1 In Excel Web App, display the workbook you that want to embed in
a web page.
2 Click Home.
3 Click Share.
4 Click Share With People.
5 Type or select the email addresses of the people that you want to
edit the workbook.
6 Type a personal message.
7 Click Share.
TIP You can control whether your recipients can edit the
document by selecting or clearing the Recipients Can Edit check
