Add a hyperlink to another file
1 Click the cell in which you want to place a hyperlink.
2 Click the Insert tab.
3 Click Hyperlink.
4 Click Existing File Or Web Page.
5 Click Current Folder.
6 Click the file to which you want to link.
7 Type a short phrase to describe the hyperlink’s target.
8 Click OK.
TIP You can view recently used files by clicking Recent Files in
the Look In pane.
