Paste
Performs the standard paste operation.
Formulas
Pastes the formulas from the cells you copied.
Formulas & Number Formatting
Pastes the formulas and number formatting from the cells you copied.
Keep Source Formatting
Pastes the contents of the cells you copied and retains the copied cells’ formatting.
Keep Source Column Widths
Pastes the contents of the cells you copied and makes the columns into which you paste the copied
data the same width as the source columns.
Values
If the copied cell contains a formula, pastes the result of the formula into the target cell.
Values & Number Formatting
If the copied cell contains a formula, pastes the result of the formula and the cell’s number formatting
into the target cell.
Values & Source Formatting
If the copied cell contains a formula, pastes the result of the formula and the cell’s formatting into the
target cell.
Formatting
Pastes the copied cell’s formatting into the target cell.
No Borders
Pastes the contents of the copied cells without including any borders drawn around the cells.
Transpose
Exchanges the rows and columns of the copied data.
Paste Link
Creates a link to the copied item; does not create a new copy of the item.
Paste Special
Displays the Paste Special dialog box.
Paste As Hyperlink
Pastes a text hyperlink to the copied item.
Linked Picture
Pastes an image that, when clicked, activates a hyperlink to the copied item.
Picture
Pastes an image of the copied item’s appearance (for example, pasting a picture of a chart doesn’t
create a new chart).
Copy As Picture
Copies an image of the selected item’s appearance to the Clipboard.
