Using the Office Clipboard
Paste an item from the office Clipboard
1 Click the cell into which you want to paste a Clipboard item.
2 Click the down arrow next to the Clipboard item that you want to
paste.
3 Click Paste.

Clear an item from the office Clipboard
1 Point to the Clipboard item that you want to delete.
2 Click the down arrow that appears next to the item.
3 Click Delete.

TIP You can remove all entries from the Office Clipboard by
clicking Clear All.
