In the Sort By box, click % Work Complete .
Project sorts the work resource names in ascending order from lowest to highest %
Work Complete values. Next, you’ll switch this to descending order.

Just to the right of the Sort By box, click the Ascending/Descending sort order
button.
Project re-sorts the work resource names in descending order.

To conclude this exercise, you’ll display data labels on the bars in the chart.

On the Chart Tools Design tab, in the Chart Layouts group, click Add Chart Element ,
point to Data Labels , and then click Outside End .
Project adds the % Work Complete values per column (that is, per work resource) in
the chart.
