If you receive a contact record or business card as a message attachment, you can add it
to your primary address book by dragging the attachment from the email message to the
Contacts link or button on the Navigation Bar. To add the contact record to a secondary
address book, expand the folder structure in the Folder Pane and drag the attachment to
that folder.
If you want to concentrate on reading messages without the distraction of other
information typically presented in the Outlook program window, you can quickly reconigure the
program window to optimize message reading by clicking the Reading button on the status
bar, to the left of the zoom controls.
In Reading view, the Folder Pane is minimized to make more space available for the message list
and Reading Pane.
