In Depth Information
TROUBLESHOOTING If the original message closes, select the message in your Inbox
and then click the Forward button in the Respond group on the Home tab.
3
The MailTip at the top of the message header indicates that another message (your response)
has been added to the conversation, so the message you’re forwarding isn’t the most current
message in the conversation.
6
With the cursor active in the To box, enter your email address.
7
Click to position the cursor at the top of the content pane, and then enter the
following sentence:
Don’t forget to review these!
8
Send the message, and then close the original message window.
9
When the second message appears in your Inbox , compare the two messages and
note the similarities and differences. For example, the Subject prefixes are different,
and the forwarded message includes the original message attachments.
CLEAN UP Close any open message windows. Retain the SBS First Draft conversation
for use in exercises in later chapters.
