In the Full Name box, enter Lola Jacobsen , and in the Job title box, enter Sales
In the E-mail box, enter email@example.com . Leave the default Display as text.
Save and close the open contact record.
Create a new contact record and enter the following information:
▪ Full name: Ben Miller
▪ Company: Fabrikam, Inc.
▪ Job title: Manufa cturing Manager
▪ Email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
▪ Webpage address: www.fabrikam.com
After you enter the contact information, click the Save & New arrow (not the button)
in the Actions group on the Home tab, and then click Contact from the Same
Company to create a new contact record for Fabrikam, Inc.
Populate this contact record and create one more, to create contact records for the
Sales Associate email@example.com
29 Save and close the open contact records. The contact list now includes the five
records you’ve created. Notice that the contact records appear in File as (last, first)
order rather than in order by first name, even though the first name appears first in
the contact list.
