Key points
You can create and access different types of address books, including the Global
Address List provided by your Exchange Server account, your main address book,
and any custom address books that you create.
Contact records can include names, email and IM addresses, phone numbers, mailing
addresses, birthdays, and other information.
You can display contact records in many different views. In card views, you can move
among records by clicking the contact index. In list views, you can sort records by any
field.
You can print your address book or individual contact records in several formats.
