You can format and modify screen clippings in the same ways that you can pictures.
TIP Clicking the Layout Options button that appears when you insert an image displays
options for aligning the image with the surrounding message content. For extensive
information about configuring layout options, refer to Microsoft Word 2013 Step by Step by Joan
Lambert and Joyce Cox (Microsoft Press, 2013).
In this exercise, you’ll insert a photograph in an email message and then use several of the
available picture-formatting tools to modify the photo before sending it.
SET UP You need the Lighthouse photograph located in the Chapter10 practice file
folder to complete this exercise. Open a new message composition window, and then
follow the steps.
Maximize the message window.
On the ribbon, click the Insert tab. Notice that while the cursor is in the To field, only
the commands in the Include group are available.
