In the default configuration of the Outlook 2013 program window, many of the program tools
are minimized or hidden.
The program window is bordered by the standard Office program window elements on the
top and bottom:
Title bar This bar across the top of the program window displays the name of the
active account and provides tools for managing the program and the program window.

At the left end of the title bar is the program icon, which you click to display
commands to restore, move, size, minimize, maximize, and close the program window.
To the right of the program icon is the Quick Access Toolbar, which by default
displays the Send/Receive Folders and Undo buttons. You can customize the Quick
Access Toolbar to display any commands you want.
