You can use Outlook 2013 as an RSS feed reader; feeds that you subscribe to appear in the
RSS Feeds folder. In the RSS Feeds section of the Advanced page, you can configure settings
for the display and synchronization of RSS feeds.
From the Send And Receive section of the Advanced page, you can configure options for
synchronizing Outlook with email servers when online and ofline.
You can configure the way in which Outlook handles RSS feed content.
