In this exercise, you’ll add and organize buttons on the Quick Access Toolbar that is
shown in message composition windows.
SET UP You don’t need any practice files to complete this exercise. Display your
Outlook Inbox, and then follow the steps.

On the Home tab, in the New group, click the New Email button to open a message
composition window. Notice the buttons that are displayed by default on the Quick
Access Toolbar .
Only the Save button is active at this time.

At the right end of the Quick Access Toolbar , click the Customize Quick Access
Toolbar button.

The Customize Quick Access Toolbar menu displays a list of
frequently used commands that you can add to the toolbar.
